Parenting and Teens: Community Event

AT Kent Library 212 2nd Ave N, Kent, WA

We’re diving into an important topic: Parenting & Teens in South Asian Immigrant Families.

✨ Many parents fear their kids are losing touch with culture and tradition.
💬 Teens often feel emotionally misunderstood, caught between two worlds.

Let’s bridge that gap—together.

🗓 Join us on July 13th to explore:

1️⃣ How to support teens with healthy routines around sleep and screen time
2️⃣ How to recognize and respond to mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and trauma

This session will be led by the brilliant Dr. Puja Kakkar and Dr. Raj Kler.

More details on them soon—stay tuned!
