Group Therapy Sessions

1. Saathi: A bi-weekly virtual group with South Asian women survivors of domestic violence. 

2. Domestic Violence Survivor Group (for South Asian women): Level 1

   A virtual, 10-weeks, closed group with a maximum of 6 participants.

   Being a Level 1 group, the focus will be on

          1. Psychoeducation on domestic violence related topics

         2. Building coping strategies to help with boundary setting, emotion regulation, and more.

          3. Building a survivor's community focused on healing.
